We opened our doors during winter 2015 and introduced a new kind of cocktail experience to Portland, Maine. Our unique cocktails feature flavors of the Mediterranean and we have value in mind… our drinks awaken your taste buds and don’t hurt your wallet

We update our cocktail list regularly based on seasonal and readily available products, as well as ingredients sourced from the Mediterranean. Why do we go to this length? Because the flavors found in products from Cyprus, Egypt, Iraq and other Pan Med countries taste nothing like our delicious domestic options.

Like other local restaurants, our liquor selection features spirits distilled here in Maine. One thing that sets us apart however is our private Buffalo Trace Bourbon – we have our own barrel. It was handpicked because of its particular flavor that we think pairs exceptionally well with our menu. Cocktails to-go in Portland, Maine.

We are heading into bourbon-scotch season… fall is for brown spirits. Our bartenders love mixing dark spirits and leaning on Mediterranean flavors, like cumin, cayenne, smoked paprika. One interesting spice blend that we use is called “ras el hanout.” It consists of cumin, ginger, cinnamon and other warming flavors. We add it to our house Bloody Mary mix and you might find it in a new Manhattan this fall. It adds an incredibly unique and unexpected flavor — you can get the recipe to make your own here.

The cocktail shakers behind our bar are experts at creating cocktails to suit every taste and every mood. They do it with no attitude and a sincere commitment to delivering the best possible experiences for our customers.
