TIQA’s Chef’s Bar changes monthly, offering an in-depth experience focused on a highlighted country of the Mediterranean. This multi-course meal is limited to 15 guests each night and attendees enjoy a front row view of the kitchen in action. The chefs introduce each dish, detailing the ingredients and the region the Chef’s Bar is exploring. The menu changes throughout the month, and offers a mix of traditional dishes as well as contemporary interpretations of the country’s dishes.
