Our culinary team is always focused on creating an inspired Mediterranean experience for all of our diners. To better understand the flavor profiles and to bring them back to you we’ve traveled to Jerusalem and to Aman, Jordan. Chef Bo, GM Patrick Morang, Deen and Carol have made the trip. We’re focused on ingredients and authentic recipes from street vendors, family-owned restaurants and fine dining restaurants.
